We offer free returns within Europe in case of the following scenarios
- Damaged product
- Incorrect product
- Late delivery of the parcel
And we do charge for return cost in case of “change of mind” or “product not more needed”.
In case of all the above scenarios the customer should contact within the 14 days from the time customer receive the products. You should send return request to email@example.com mentioning your order no. and the reason for return and we will provide you free return label to send the product back in our warehouse.
Upon checking the product (i.e. it is not open or used) we will either refund the full order amount (including shipping cost) or dispatch the new product; depending upon the customer’s decision.
If the return is due to the following reasons “Change of mind”, “No more required” or “Mistakenly placed the order” then in all these scenarios we will charge the return shipping cost and the remaining amount will refund back to your respective payment method. For example if you use PayPal as payment method at the time of placing the order then we will refund the order amount back to your PayPal account and same is the case with other payment options.
If the customer wants to replace the product then we will provide a free return label and upon receiving the product back in our warehouse we will dispatch the new product and charge the additional cost if any such as shipping cost only or product price difference as well as return cost.
If the customer demands the refund of payment instead of replacement of new product then the full order payment including shipping cost will return to his/her payment method such as PayPal, Credit Card etc.
